Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Campaign Management Senior Officer in Jakarta Pusat to lead end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns. You will manage customer activation programs, sponsorships, lead management, and sales enablement materials while coordinating with Sales, Product, principals, and partners to drive demand and commercial growth.

The role requires 3–5 years of campaign management experience and a strong ability to analyze campaign results and optimize future initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Campaign Management or related marketing fields.
Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and lead management.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated B2B campaign strategies with objectives, audience, messaging, timelines and budgets.
Lead end-to-end campaign execution across assets, activation programs, events, digital initiatives and reporting.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, principal partners, and vendors for launches and GTM initiatives.
Manage sponsorship requests, budgets, and compliance with company policies.
Oversee B2B website lead management and SLA compliance.
Support customer activation projects including affiliate programs and microsites.
Create sales enablement materials and campaign assets.
Monitor performance, analyze results, and propose improvements.
