Job summary

Blibli is transforming into a future-ready digital ecosystem and seeks a Key Account – Store Management to drive operational excellence across our omnichannel network in Indonesia. You will manage day-to-day collaboration with brand partners and store teams to optimize store execution, product availability, and commercial results.

Reporting to the Store & Partnerships team, you will analyze sales performance, stock levels, promotions, and customer experience, while coordinating with Marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail Operations, or Sales & Marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen and interest in fast-paced e-commerce and retail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with brand partners to ensure store-level and category growth targets are achieved.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock availability, and promotional effectiveness across stores.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Handle operational and financial processes, including promotion claims, reimbursements, and reporting.
• Execute store activation initiatives, ensuring strong brand visibility and merchandising standards.
• Support pricing and promotion alignment with principals to remain competitive and drive conversion.
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management review.
