Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Creative Designer Officer for the Home and Living category in Kota Jakarta Pusat. You will translate marketing objectives into high-impact visuals across digital, social, retail, and product launches.

With a minimum of 3 years in graphic design for brand campaigns, you’ll ensure premium storytelling and brand consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Initial contract is 6 months, full-time, based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in graphic design or creative production for campaigns.
• Experience supporting high-visibility brand or product campaigns, preferably in consumer electronics or lifestyle tech.
• Strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills with retouching, cleanup, and layout design.
• Basic video editing (Premiere) or motion graphics (After Effects) or simple 3D/product mockups.
• Proficiency in Figma for web/landing content design.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to explain creative intent to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs with tight timelines and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop visual ideas for campaigns and product launches.
• Build on-page layouts for microsites and store pages across channels.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative output.
• Create reusable design templates/toolkits for internal teams.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social, Product, and Trade teams to align campaigns.
