Blibli is seeking a Project Lead Solution to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic B2B projects in Jakarta. You will coordinate customers, business teams, technology groups, and partners to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

You will design plans, define scope and success criteria, lead UAT and deployment, manage risks and stakeholders, and continuously improve PM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Lead, or equivalent delivering technology or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, managing enterprise clients or B2B solution implementations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management disciplines, including planning, scheduling, resource management, change management, budget control, and risk management.
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure success.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and business partners to achieve milestones.
• Monitor progress, budget usage, resources, risks, and dependencies; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Manage customer communications, steering committees, and issue resolution.
• Lead UAT, deployment activities, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM methodologies and governance.
