Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales in agriculture, veterinary supplies, life science reagents, or related industries.
• High-level understanding of ELISA diagnostic kits and testing in aquaculture environments.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close commercial deals.
• Willingness to travel to client sites, production facilities, hatcheries, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution & Territory Growth: Proactively prospect, identify, and close new sales opportunities across target aquaculture segments.
• Account Management & Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers; present product value and pricing.
• Market Intelligence & Business Development: Track demand trends, represent the company at trade shows, provide sales forecasting and pipeline feedback.
