Job summary

Kemin Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to promote and grow our aquaculture and livestock solutions across Indonesia. You will develop annual account plans, deliver technical presentations, train distributors, and drive revenue growth in line with our 15-20% targets.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor of Science or veterinary degree with 3-5 years sales experience, strong relationships with key distributors, and proven negotiation and project management skills to close

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiation skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales revenue and profit targets for Kemin Indonesia annually (15-20% growth).
• Develop and implement an annual account plan for sales in Indonesia.
• Provide technical presentations to customers and train distributors on products.
• Support Kemin's distributors with technical and product training.
• Manage account pricing according to VP Sales directions.
• Execute strategic plans related to the assigned territory.
