Job summary

Shopee Bangkok is seeking an entry-level Business Development and Partnerships professional to build strong relationships with strategic sellers and ensure smooth SPX logistics. You will work closely with sales and operations to anticipate seller needs and resolve issues quickly.

The role focuses on onboarding new strategic sellers, maintaining regular performance reviews, and delivering monthly analyses to improve overall seller experience and growth for the SPX platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Proactively identify and resolve logistics-related issues to keep deals on track.
• Excellent communication, including non-verbal cues, with sellers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and long-term relationships with strategic sellers.
• Prepare and present monthly operational analyses and reports to sellers.
• Onboard strategic sellers per business direction from sales pipelines.
• Manage a portfolio of 50-60 sellers as a relationship RM for Shopee SPX.
