Shopee Bangkok is seeking an experienced Operations professional to lead daily SPX supply chain planning, forecast demand with big data models, and coordinate cross-functional teams across supply, logistics and data analytics for stable SPX growth.

Department OperationsLevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)LocationBangkokThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Responsible for SPX's daily supply chain planning by forecasting demand with big data models and managing supply and capacity cross-team.Develop insights, strategy, and initiatives for the SPX Operations Team to solve problems from supply chain planning and optimization, human resources, cost optimization, and more.Manage cross-functional teams project to ensure the stable growth of SPX supply chain.Automate tools to support forecast model , business data analysis and BAU tasksRequirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of studyStrong technical & data skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, data modeling, pivot tables) and experience with SQL for querying and analysis.Strong analytical, quantitative, and structural thinking skills.Experience working with AI and automation tools/techniques to enhance unstructured data models and improve operational efficiency (eg.
