Shopee Indonesia is seeking a dedicated relationship-focused professional to manage strategic seller partnerships on SPX logistics. You will build trust, anticipate needs, and ensure clear communication to support timely deliveries and mutual growth.

You will onboard high-potential sellers, drive adoption of SPX, and provide monthly analyses to improve overall seller operations and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Good in seller and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Good in communication both verbal and non verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and foster long-term relationships between strategic sellers and the SPX platform.
• Prepare and present monthly operational analyses and reports to sellers.
• Onboard strategic sellers as required by business direction from sales pipelines.
• Pitch non-SPX sellers to adopt SPX as their logistics provider, while building trust.
