Job summary

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Optimize Seller Ops Strategy: Monitor and analyse seller performance metrics (e.g., fulfilment & shipping, penalty policy, seller programs) to identify areas for improvement. Proactively work with sellers and enablers to drive performance improvements and enhance platform policiesSolve Real-world Problem: Take ownership of complex seller-related issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them in a timely and efficient mannerOps excellence with AI & Automation: Optimize seller operations by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing automation, and introducing best practices.
