Job summary

Shopee's Cross Border eCommerce team in Bangkok is looking for an Experienced Operations Coordinator to support 4PL and partner hubs, and to help manage data and partner information.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, onboard/offboard partners, and contribute to process optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization.
• Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities.
• A proactive, fast learner, team player in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and administrative activities across 4PL and Partner hubs.
• Maintain and consolidate operational data, reports, and partner information.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and administrative processes for partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to follow up on operational issues.
• Provide ad-hoc support for projects and initiatives related to 4PL and partners operations.
