Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an experienced Training Lead to direct the Collection Training team and standardize delivery across our field operations. You will coordinate training schedules, ensure trainers follow approved modules and SOPs, and collaborate with QA and field teams to identify skill gaps.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven evaluation, and delivering measurable improvements in performance.

Qualifications

Min 5+ years of work experience in training, learning or similar position.
Experienced min 3+ years in FMCG/Financial/Banking/Insurance industry.
Understanding on TNA process & implementation.
Having good communication and presentation skills and preferably ability to conduct training in English.
Able to demonstrate strategic, innovative approaches to business needs.

Responsibilities

Manage training Team Operations to ensure effective and consistent training delivery.
Coordinate training schedules and execution to align with field collections operational needs.
Ensure training quality delivery by trainers following approved modules, SOPs and standards.
Collaborate with QA and Field Collection teams to identify skill improvements.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and QA scores.
Provide coaching and development for trainers.
Prepare reports and improvement recommendations on training execution and outcomes.
