Job summary

Jotun Indonesia is seeking a capable Sales Administration professional to support the Decorative Retail Sales team in Bekasi. You will assist with daily sales activities, handle paperwork and proposals, and coordinate across departments to ensure customer needs are met and KPIs are achieved.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales administration or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and multilingual abilities (English/Indonesian/ Mandarin).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in sales administration, customer service or order processing.
• Good command of English, Indonesian and/or Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with CRM or ERP tools (SAP/Oracle/IFS).
• Strong multitasking, detail-oriented, hands-on and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and support to the sales team by assisting with daily related sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids, and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results.
• Support sales staff by following up on DSO collection so that Jotun’s liquidity remains balanced.
• Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.
• Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively to the team.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer inquiries, etc., and assist in updating the system price list.
• Assist in keeping the customer credit file up-to-date.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Jotun Indonesia now is seeking professional to support our Decorative Retail Sales team.

This position would provide administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team by assisting with inter-department coordination, supporting the team with day-to-day sales transactions, and providing information when required to ensure that customers’ needs are met and the department achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This position will be based in Bekasi, Indonesia and reporting to Decorative Retail GSM.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Required:

• Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
• Experience 3 to 5 years as Sales administration, Customer Service, Order Processing or equivalent would be advantages
• Good command of English, Bahasa Indonesia and/ or Mandarin/ Chinese dialect would be advantageous
• Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM or ERP tools (e.g: SAP/ ORACLE/ IFS)
• Strong multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail/ meticulous
• Hands-on, Analytical and problem-solving skill

Preferred:

• Having experience in Building Material Industry or Manufacturing with CRM/ ERP system processing
• Excellent in input data, data processing, Microsoft Office
• Meticulous and attention to detail
• Domicile and able to work at Bekasi, MM2100 Cibitung
