PT. Jotun Indonesia is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to provide proactive support to ensure smooth business operations. You will act as a key contact for stakeholders, coordinate daily activities, and handle confidential information with professionalism. The role reports to Production Planner and Inventory Control Supervisor.
You will work on documentation, data analysis, and preparing complex documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, using MS Office and ERP tools as needed.
Provide proactive administrative and office support to ensure efficient business operations. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate daily activities and facilitate effective communication across the organization. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Contribute to operational excellence by supporting business priorities and streamlining administrative processes. This position is reporting to Production Planner and Inventory Control Supervisor.
Required: Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent Experience 3 to 5 years as Customer Service, Sales administration, Order Processing or equivalent would be advantages Good command of English, Bahasa Indonesia and/ or Mandarin/ Chinese dialect would be advantageous
