Job summary

Jotun Indonesia is seeking a professional to support our Decorative Retail Sales team in Bekasi. The role provides administrative and sales support, handling paperwork, proposals, quotations, and ad‑hoc duties to ensure efficient sales processes and KPI achievement.

You will coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal teams, assist with day‑to‑day transactions, follow up on DSO, and maintain price lists and customer credit files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in sales administration, customer service or order processing.
• Strong English and Indonesian; Mandarin a plus; MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and sales support for daily activities, proposals, tenders and ad‑hoc duties.
• Follow up on DSO to balance liquidity and support sales.
• Coordinate between Sales Manager, staff and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate inquiries to the team and update price lists and credit files.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Jotun Indonesia now is seeking professional to support our Decorative Retail Sales team. This position would provide administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team by assisting with inter‑department coordination, supporting the team with day‑to‑day sales transactions, and providing information when required to ensure that customers’ needs are met and the department achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position will be based in Bekasi, Indonesia and reporting to Decorative Retail GSM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administration and support to the sales team by assisting with daily related sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids, and ad‑hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results.
• Support sales staff by following up on DSO collection so that Jotun’s liquidity remains balanced.
• Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.
• Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively to the team.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer inquiries, etc., and assist in updating the system price list.
• Assist in keeping the customer credit file up‑to‑date.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

REQUIRED

• Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience 3 to 5 years as Sales administration, Customer Service, Order Processing or equivalent would be advantages.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Indonesia and/ or Mandarin/ Chinese dialect would be advantageous.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM or ERP tools (e.g: SAP/ ORACLE/ IFS).
• Strong multi‑tasking skills with great attention to detail/ meticulous.
• Hands‑on, Analytical and problem‑solving skill.

PREFERRED

• Having experience in Building Material Industry or Manufacturing with CRM/ ERP system processing.
• Excellent in input data, data processing, Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous and attention to detail.
• Domicile and able to work at Bekasi, MM2100 Cibitung
