Job summary

Super Marnie (Xiamen) Global Logistics Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our freight forwarding sales team in Indonesia. You will drive new business, grow existing accounts, and deliver revenue targets with a focus on client relationships and market expansion.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in logistics sales, an existing customer base, strong English communication, and leadership skills to motivate a high-performing team in Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Sales, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Must have an existing customer base or client portfolio to bring to the company.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, especially in acquiring new clients.
• Fluent in English (MANDATORY) in both written and spoken form.
• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.
