Job summary

PT Chemarome Indonesia is seeking an administrator to coordinate with Accounting on overdue invoices, manage order/receivables, and oversee delivery and receipt processes. The role supports sales across distribution channels and monthly incentive calculations.

Ideal candidate has at least 2 years in manufacturing admin, a D3 qualification, strong PowerPoint, and English proficiency. Familiarity with distribution systems is a plus in this dynamic, European heritage fragrance company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administration experience in Manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for presentations.
• English language skills (spoken and written).
• Understanding of distribution systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Accounting department regarding overdue invoices and their resolution
• Ensure order, return, and customer receivables billing processes run according to procedure
• Ensure goods delivery and receipt processes run according to procedure
• Recap sales per sales person weekly and calculate sales incentives monthly
