Job summary

PT Cosmo Manufacturing Indonesia seeks a capable Sales Admin Manager to oversee the sales administration function in our Indonesian operations. You will lead order processing from quotation to shipment and coordinate with customers and internal departments on order requirements and delivery details.

In addition, you will compile reports for analysis and reporting to Management, provide emergency support to the team as needed, and handle other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business and related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managerial position
• Strong complex problem solving
• Team player, possess strong team spirit and supervisory skill
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the sales admin function
• Responsible for performing order processing from quotation to shipment as well as correspond with customers and internal departments on order requirements and delivery details
• Responsible for the compilation of reports for analysis and reporting to the Management
• Provide emergency support to the team based on business needs
• Other duties as assigned
