Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with ERP or Accurate software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Candidates who can join soon will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders and ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
• Collecting and analyzing sales data, generating reports, and providing insights to the sales team.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as managing the sales team's calendars, preparing quotations for the sales team & any documents needed.
• Managing customer data and updating sales records in the ERP system.
• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and technical to ensure that the sales team has the resources and support they need to be successful.
• Make sure all maintenance agreements are updated and collaborate with Inside Sales to handle the agreement.
• Responsible for providing regular reports to the Sales Manager on the performance of their jobs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
