Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, seeks a Sales & Retail Operations Staff to oversee a cluster of Jabodetabek stores. You’ll coach Supervisors, monitor KPIs, safeguard inventory, and ensure consistent customer experiences while coordinating with Head Office and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in multi-store retail operations, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach. Travel across Jabodetabek is expected to support store performance and expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Management, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience managing multiple stores in retail operations.
• Proven experience leading Store Supervisors or Store Managers and driving sales.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and SOP compliance.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the Jabodetabek region.

Responsibilities

As a Sales & Retail Operations Staff, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of a cluster of stores, ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining operational excellence. Acting as the bridge between Head Office and store operations, you'll coach Store Supervisors, monitor business performance, safeguard inventory, and ensure every store consistently delivers the best customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead and monitor the performance of assigned stores to achieve sales targets, operational KPIs, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with SOPs, merchandising standards, and operational excellence.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, productivity, and store profitability.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and asset protection by implementing stock control procedures and conducting regular stock opname.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate Store Supervisors and store teams to improve operational capability and leadership effectiveness.
• Review manpower planning, workforce allocation, and store roster management to ensure optimal operational coverage.
• Lead the operational readiness and hypercare activities for new store openings, ensuring smooth execution during the first operational period.
• Prepare operational reports, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance store performance.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Business, Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing multiple stores in retail operations, preferably within consumer electronics, modern trade, or specialty retail.
• Proven experience leading Store Supervisors or Store Managers and driving sales performance across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, SOP compliance, and store performance management.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Highly agile with a hands-on approach and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and retail reporting systems.
