Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, is expanding across Indonesia and seeking a Sales & Retail Operations Staff in Jakarta. The role oversees a cluster of stores, coaching Store Supervisors, safeguarding inventory, and driving sales performance through strong operational execution.

You will work with Head Office and store teams to ensure best-in-class customer experiences, maintain SOPs, and lead hypercare for new openings across Bandung region and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business/retail related field.
• 2–3 years handling multiple stores in retail operations.
• Proven leadership of Store Supervisors/Managers and multi-location sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor assigned stores to achieve sales targets and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure SOP and merchandising compliance.
• Monitor sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue and store profitability.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and asset protection with stock control procedures.
• Coach and evaluate Store Supervisors and store teams to improve operations.
• Review manpower planning and store roster management for coverage.
• Lead readiness and hypercare for new store openings.
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
