Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, is expanding nationwide and seeks a Store Supervisor in Indonesia. You will lead the store team, oversee daily operations, maintain visual standards, and drive sales while delivering a top-notch customer experience.

You will coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with procedures and brand standards. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years retail experience with leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronics products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact on the floor, ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment.
• Coach and motivate team members to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
• Ensure store compliance with all operational procedures and brand standards.
