Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, is expanding nationwide to strengthen learning and development across Jabodetabek stores. As Training Implementation Staff, you’ll deliver training programs, facilitate sessions, and monitor effectiveness to boost product knowledge, service excellence, and performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in L&D or related fields, with willingness to travel for field visits and store trainings within the Jabodetabek area.

What We’ll Work on Together

• Execute training programs and learning initiatives across stores and operational locations within the Jabodetabek area, ensuring alignment with business objectives and training standards.
• Facilitate engaging classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training sessions covering product knowledge, sales capability, customer service excellence, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor training participation, learning progress, certification completion, and training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, coaching follow-ups, and data-driven reporting.
• Support new store openings, onboarding programs, refreshment training, and development initiatives to ensure employee readiness and performance consistency.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, Area Managers, and relevant stakeholders to identify capability gaps and ensure training implementation supports operational needs.
• Conduct coaching and field visits to reinforce learning application and drive continuous improvement in employee performance.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Implementation, Training Specialist, Retail Training, or a related function.
• Strong experience in training delivery, facilitation, coaching, store visits, and employee development programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable traveling within the Jabodetabek area and conducting frequent field visits to stores and operational locations.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, or service industries will be an advantage.
• Open to candidates from various industries with relevant Learning & Development and Training experience.
