Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, seeks a Sales & Retail Operations Staff to oversee a cluster of Jabodetabek stores. You’ll coach Supervisors, monitor KPIs, safeguard inventory, and ensure consistent customer experiences while coordinating with Head Office and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in multi-store retail operations, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach. Travel across Jabodetabek is expected to support store performance and expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Management, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience managing multiple stores in retail operations.
• Proven experience leading Store Supervisors or Store Managers and driving sales.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and SOP compliance.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the Jabodetabek region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the performance of assigned stores to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure SOPs and merchandising standards.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and store profitability.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and asset protection with stock control procedures.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate Store Supervisors and store teams.
• Review manpower planning and store roster management for optimal coverage.
• Lead operational readiness and hypercare for new store openings.
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
