Qualifications

• Minimal 4 tahun pengalaman penjualan.
• Pengalaman memimpin tim ritel dan operasi multi-gerai.
• Kepemimpinan & komunikasi yang kuat; kemampuan bahasa Inggris adalah nilai tambah.
• Kesediaan untuk rotasi antar gerai/area.
• Jaringan lokal yang kuat dan pengetahuan pasar regional.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin dan memotivasi tim ritel di beberapa gerai yang ditugaskan.
• Melaksanakan strategi penjualan untuk memperluas basis pelanggan dan memperkuat kehadiran pasar lokal.
• Memantau dan mengelola kinerja area, termasuk target penjualan dan P&L.
• Membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan dan pemangku kepentingan lokal.
• Menjaga eksekusi toko, disiplin operasional, dan standar layanan pelanggan.
• Melatih, mengembangkan, dan mengevaluasi tim toko untuk peningkatan kinerja.
• Menganalisis data penjualan dan tren pasar untuk mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan.
• Mendukung rotasi toko dan cakupan area diperlukan untuk kelangsungan bisnis.

• Monitor and manage area performance, including sales targets and profit & loss (P&L).
• Build strong relationships with customers and key local stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent store execution, operational discipline, and customer service standards.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate store teams to improve performance and engagement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support store rotations and area coverage as required to ensure business continuity.
