Job summary

Bingin Villa Management is seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Specialist to support our villa portfolio across multiple booking channels. You will manage daily bookings, maintain availability and rates, and ensure a smooth reservation process while delivering excellent service to guests and partners.

The ideal candidate has hospitality reservation experience, understands OTAs and direct bookings, and can coordinate with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and other teams to keep bookings

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/villa/hospitality reservation operations preferred.
• Familiarity with PMS and channel management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily reservations across multiple channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and travel agents.
• Manage room availability, rates, inventory, and booking accuracy across all platforms.
• Process new reservations, cancellations, amendments, and special guest requests.
• Monitor booking activities and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate reservation information.
• Respond to booking inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales, Revenue Management, Villa Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth reservation processes.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking information in systems.
• Prepare reservation reports and assist in monitoring booking performance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, travel agents, and business partners.

Bingin Villa Management is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reservation Specialist to support our reservation operations across our villa portfolio.

In this role, you will manage daily bookings, maintain accurate room availability and rates across distribution channels, and ensure a smooth and efficient reservation process while delivering excellent service to guests and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily reservations across multiple channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and travel agents.
• Manage room availability, rates, inventory, and booking accuracy across all platforms.
• Process new reservations, cancellations, amendments, and special guest requests.
• Monitor booking activities and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure accurate reservation information.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel, villa, or hospitality reservation operations is preferred.
• Understanding of OTA platforms, distribution channels, rate management, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and channel management systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
