Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive hydraulic hose sales across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. You will manage spec-based and OEM sales for construction machinery and build a strong distributor network in the aftermarket to fuel growth.

You will analyze market trends and customer needs to craft effective sales strategies, maintain key client relationships, and aim for high customer satisfaction and repeat business. English is required; Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Conversational-level English required.
• Conversational-level Japanese preferred.
• Business-to-business sales experience in construction machinery parts, hydraulic hoses, or related industrial products.
