Job summary

BOARDRIDERS Indonesia is seeking a Sales Representative responsible for store operations within Jakarta and surrounding areas. You will drive store sales, ensure inventory accuracy, and build strong relationships with key accounts.

You will train store staff, report sales performance to senior management, and implement seasonal GTM with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in sales management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Ability to liaise with partners and work with store networks.
• Retail experience background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive sales performance across assigned stores to achieve targets.
• Identify business opportunities and expand the territory.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with standards and SOPs.
• Ensure proper execution of Visual Merchandising and promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment or transfers.
• Maintain good relations with retail partners.

Job description

A Sales representative responsibles for stores operations business in one territory/account, Achieveing the stores sales and stores profitability by developing sales strategies, maintaining inventory accuracy, analysing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. The Sales representative is also responsible for training and motivating the sales staff in the stores, as well as reporting on sales performance and business issues to senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and drive sales performance across assigned stores to achieve sales targets
• See the business opportunity
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with operational standards and company SOPs.
• Ensure proper execution of Visual Merchandising and promotional activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment or transfers when required
• Maintain the good relations and communiation with retail partners
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensuring the stores are implementing the seasonal GTM
• Working closely with related department to control stores inventory under his/her supervision
• Monitor the store profitability
• Holding a product knowledge and selling skill training in a seasonal base

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION

• Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field,
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a related role,
• Skill necessary :
• - Have ability to work both individually and in team
• - Good communication both verbal and written in Bahasa and English
• - Good in operating Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point& Outlook.
• - Able to liaise with Partners
• - Retail experience background is preferred
