Job summary

DKT INDONESIA in Balikpapan is seeking a Sales Representative to visit customers daily, present products, review trade programs, and help track orders.

You will coordinate with ASM and distributor sales weekly, monitor distributor performance, and prepare regular sales reports. Minimum diploma and 4 years of outlets/ GT/midwives/local accounts experience in the Balikpapan area are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum hold Diploma in any field.
• Have at least 4 years of sales experience, explicitly handling outlets, Apotek channel, GT channel, midwives channel or local key accounts.
• Familiar with respective areas.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers daily to give product detailing, share and review trade programs, check product availability at customers, and assist customers in tracking orders.
• Coordinate with ASM and exclusive sales of distributors every week.
• Monitor sales performance, including exclusive sales of distributors, and give guidance and advice to the exclusive salesman of distributors to enable them to achieve the target.
• Discuss and review the programs with distributors, joining visits with distributors, and checking and updating stocks at distributors.
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales performance and trade programs.
• Follow-up rewards for customers.
