Job summary

PT KARYA IWIN INSANI is seeking a Sales Motoris based in Bali to visit stores, resellers, hotels, and outlets, offering and selling products while identifying new customers and maintaining strong relationships.

The role focuses on negotiating and recording orders, ensuring attractive displays, checking stock levels, and driving repeat sales with timely reporting and payments. Travel across Lombok is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/marketing, FMCG is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid SIM C and own motorcycle.
• Willing to visit various areas in Lombok.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores, resellers, hotels, dive centers, and outlets to offer and sell products.
• Record orders from stores and ensure product displays meet standards.
• Negotiate prices/orders with customers according to company guidelines.
• Collect payments/receivables according to schedule and create reports on visits, sales, stock, and payments.
• Achieve predetermined sales targets.

Job description

Sales Motoris position based in Bali, responsible for visiting stores, resellers, hotels, dive centers, and outlets to offer and sell products, identify new customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

Conduct routine visits to stores, resellers, hotels, dive centers, and outlets

Offer and sell products to stores and identify new customers

Negotiate and agree on prices/orders with customers according to company guidelines

Record orders from stores

Ensure product displays in stores are neat, complete, and meet standards

Check stock levels and reorder needs at each store

Maintain good relationships with customers and increase repeat orders

Collect customer payments/receivables according to schedule

Create reports on visits, sales, stock, and payments

Achieve predetermined sales targets

About you

Experience in sales/marketing, particularly store sales or FMCG is a plus

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident and able to build customer relationships

Valid SIM C and own motorcycle

Willing to work mobile and visit various areas in Lombok

Honest, responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset

Able to use WhatsApp and simple applications for sales reporting
