Responsibilities

The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily store operations across multiple retail outlets. This role requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and supporting marketing initiatives. The Retail Operations Manager will lead and develop store teams, ensure operational excellence, and implement strategies to achieve company objectives and profitability targets.

General Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the retail industry, preferably in the surfing, lifestyle, or action sports industry.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Solid understanding of retail sales, merchandising, and marketing principles.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in planning and managing promotional events is highly preferred.

Proficient in retail reporting, inventory management, and performance analysis.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple retail locations effectively.

Willingness to travel regularly between store locations as required.
