Job summary

PT Quiksilver Indonesia seeks a Catalogue Coordinator to manage seasonal catalogue production using our digital tool for online and PDF catalogues. You will coordinate schedules and ensure deadlines with regional teams.

You will upload CADs, product images, manage sequencing, and assist with QA, asset edits, and SAP integration. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate seasonal catalogue creation, schedules, and processes for online and PDF catalogues in B2B applications.
  • Upload CADs, product images, manage image sequencing, tech icons, and correct/missing images; carryover products; video assets.
  • Ensure timelines are communicated and deadlines met by the wider business.
  • Troubleshoot image issues (resize/edit/remove old assets; liaise with photo studios & brands).
  • Edit digital assets and upload to servers via FTP; troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide first-line technical support for inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for B2B processes (Image Management, Catalogue data, SAP integration).
  • Export PDFs from digital tool for print and enforce QC measures.
  • Collaborate with IT/Design/Product/Photo Studio teams to improve the digital tool.

Job description

With the guidance of the B2B Manager, Coordinate the seasonal catalogue production via the digital catalogue tool and support production of the businesses catalogue output. Liaise with regional teams to achieve GTM catalogue deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main responsibilities:

Deliver seasonal catalogue creation, schedules and processes for both online and PDF catalogues in B2B applications.

Support and execute the key tasks in overall digital catalogue process, by uploading CADs, product images and managing image sequencing, tech icons, incorrect/missing images, carryover products, video.

Ensure timelines are communicated and deadlines can be adhered to by the wider business.

Problem solve any timeline roadblocks with the wider business of successful digital catalogue delivery

List functionalities and define tests plans for each application release for your region and all applicable brands.

Escalate of issues to senior members and follow up of those escalations.

Troubleshoot image issues - resize, edit, remove old from servers, update new, liaise with photo studios & brands

Edit digital assets for catalogues, upload to servers via FTP and troubleshoot issues

Providing 1st tier support for technical assistance and inbound queries.

Develop and maintain documentation for all B2B processes including Image Management, Catalogue data management, Order entry to SAP integration etc.

Export PDFs from the digital tool for print and ensure strong QC measures are in place.

Other

Help support the process building and implementation of the wider digital tool through close collaboration with key stakeholders within the business (IT/Design/Product/Photo Studio teams)

Other tasks may be assigned from time to time which contribute to the overall success of the company

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

Experienced in website content management

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of general marketing strategies and plans

Demonstrated Customer first behavior and actions

Experienced in digital platform best practices, Adobe Creative suite, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint

Digital design experience and understanding of print design best practices

Proactive and solution focused

Ability to problem solve

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Demonstrated knowledge of B2B eCommerce processes

Data entry and database processes and best practices

Knowledge and understanding of digital content production

A very high level of customer service

Ability to learn and support new and evolving technologies

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience in the retail or surf industry or similar environment is preferred
