Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to drive area sales, visit merchants daily, and maintain strong relationships with store PICs. You will supervise 15-20 Promoters, monitor field activities, and coordinate with partner teams to ensure POP placements and program success.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, strong leadership, and comfort with social media marketing. Experience with MS Office and Excel is required; shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• 2+ years of working experience in the related field.
• Strong leadership and able to manage team and area.
• Good communication and marketing skills with social media.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.
• Preferably staff in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visits to merchants and build good relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure programs in the area run well and sales targets are met.
• Ensure placement of POP materials in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams for information on sales, competitors and field issues.
• Handle 15-20 Sales Promoters and monitor daily activities.
• Conduct field team training and refresher sessions for Promoters.

Conducting field team training and refreshment training for Promoter

Daily visit to merchant and make good relationship with PIC store

Ensure placement POP material promotion in store

Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues

About you

Possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
