Job summary

Cermati.com in Palopo is seeking a Sales Area Supervisor to drive target achievement and build strong relationships with merchants. You will visit stores daily, coordinate with partner teams, and ensure programs meet sales targets.

You will oversee 15-20 sales promoters, monitor daily activities, and conduct field trainings and refreshers. The role requires leadership, teamwork, and a proactive approach to placing POP materials in stores.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team and area, with good communication and social media marketing skills.
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting; placement in Palopo.
