Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Surabaya is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive area targets, lead a field team, and build strong merchant relationships. The role requires hands-on supervision of promoters and effective coordination with store partners.

You will coordinate promotions, monitor promoter activities, and ensure programs meet sales goals across Surabaya and Sidoarjo. MS Office and Excel proficiency with shift flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales field experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills and good communication.
• Experience in sales - financial services or related fields preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visit to merchant and build relationships with PIC store.
• Ensure the program in its area runs well and sales targets are met.
• Ensure placement of POP material promotions in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information on sales, competitors and field issues.
• Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor the daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoters.

• Required Skill(s): have strong Leadership and able to manage Team and Area have good communication skill and marketing skill with media social
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel
• Able to work shifting
• Placement: Surabaya or Sidoarjo Area
