Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor based in Makassar to lead field sales activities and achieve targets. You will daily visit merchants, build strong relationships with PIC stores, and ensure program execution and POP material placement.

You will coordinate with partner teams and manage 15-20 promoters, monitoring activities and conducting training. Ideal candidates have a minimum Senior High School or Diploma, at least 2 years in sales, and strong leadership, communication, and

• Must have at least Senior High School or Diploma.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Strong leadership, team management, good communication, and marketing with social media skills.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visits to merchants and building good relationships with PIC store.
• Ensure programs in the area meet sales targets and run well.
• Ensure placement of POP materials in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams for sales data, competitor info, and field issues.
• Manage around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoters.
