Job summary

Cermati is seeking aSales Field Manager to drive area sales targets in Makassar. You will lead a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters, visit merchants daily, and maintain strong relationships with store PICs. You’ll ensure program execution, coordinate with partner teams, and oversee field operations to hit targets.

The role requires leadership, communication, and marketing skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and the ability to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in related field is required.
• Strong Leadership and able to manage Team and Area; good communication and marketing skills with social media.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
