Job summary

Cermati.com is seeking a regional sales supervisor for the Banyuwangi area. You will drive sales targets and visit merchants daily to foster strong relationships with store PICs. You will ensure programs run smoothly, coordinate with partner teams, and manage a team of 15-20 promoters to achieve targets.

You will monitor promoter activities, provide on-the-job training, and help optimize field operations. Flexibility for shifting work is required and placement is Banyuwangi area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and social media marketing abilities.
• Placement in Banyuwangi area.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): have strong Leadership and able to manage Team and Area have good communication skill and marketing skill with media social
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel
