Job summary

PT Espresso Italia seeks a proactive Sales Support professional to administer sales processes, assist the sales team, and coordinate across internal departments to keep orders moving smoothly.

You will create and process quotations, SOs, POs, invoices, and other sales documents; monitor order status; provide data and reports; and respond to inquiries about products, prices, and availability. Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills are essential to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education; D3/S1 in Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented in managing documents and data.

Responsibilities

• Create and process quotations, Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and other sales documents.
• Ensure all transaction documents are complete and accurate.
• Assist Sales in preparing customer data, quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales requirements.
