Job summary

PT. framas Indonesia is seeking a Sales Staff to manage daily sales orders, ensure accurate processing, and coordinate timely deliveries to customers. The role requires interaction with internal teams and external clients, along with preparing invoices and delivery documents.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in any major, has at least 3 years in Sales or related roles, and is proficient in English with strong MS Office skills. ERP experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Business/Marketing)
• Minimum 3 years in Sales Marketing, Sales Administration, or related role
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems or sales-related software is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
• High integrity and professionalism in handling data and customer information

Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales orders and ensure accurate processing
• Plan and monitor timely delivery to customers
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
• Prepare delivery documents and invoices for relevant departments
• Follow up on order delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct regular price checking and confirmation with customers
• Maintain up-to-date pricing data in the system
• Input new products and color variants into the system
