Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales process management, or salesforce effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for sales process improvement and manpower planning for sales and distribution.
• Develop and allocate territorial sales quotas aligned with the company's profit plan; coordinate with regional teams for mapping to territories.
• Set KPIs and targets to ensure sales effectiveness and use analytics to measure productivity and performance.
• Provide day-to-day support for sales force program implementation and operation.
• Assist sales teams with reporting and planning for accounts and territories.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices in sales force management and operations.
• Select, manage, and oversee external vendors for sales force fulfillment and payout; evaluate vendor performance.
• Prepare and control commission and incentive budgets to ensure ROI.
