Job summary

PT SKEMA DATA INDONESIA is seeking a Sales Officer to drive business growth by identifying and developing potential clients for IT solutions and media monitoring services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cilandak, South Jakarta.

The candidate will research prospects, engage clients in media monitoring, prepare proposals, and maintain the sales pipeline, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Communication or related discipline.
• 2 years of experience in B2B sales or Business Development.
• Experience in Media Monitoring is a plus.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products/services while providing regular sales updates to management
• Gather client insights, including business goals and challenges, and share opportunities with internal teams.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and client database.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
