Golden Agri Resources in Jakarta is seeking an Accountant/Finance Officer to manage commodity stocks, track market prices, draft contracts, and coordinate delivery. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Accounting, at least 1 year in the field, and be willing to work at the Head Office in Jakarta. Full-time position based in Indonesia.
Managing commodity stocks (TBS, kernel, CPO), analyzing market prices and fruit grading to determine selling prices, and handling sales administration from contracts and DOs to transport coordination. Additionally, it is responsible for reconciling sales data with production budgets, verifying invoicing for accounting, and preparing commission and management service recapitulations for approval.
Monitor and record stock positions (TBS, kernel, CPO) based on reports from each MCC. Monitor the market price of all commodities based on a tender made to determine the selling price. Make sales contract and DO (delivery order) based on result of negotiation done by superiors with buyer kemudan contact transportation service for delivery process. Provide information to the manufacturer to deliver the barand to the transport services based on DO that has been opened to be forwarded to the buyer. Checking and ensuring that the billing invoice and DO are complete and correct. Preparing and recapitulating the sale based on the tank / shipping reports from each MCC and comparing it with the production budget to know the increase / decrease of production every month. Making a comparison of TBS prices from outside gardens and gardens (internal) based on the examples and fruit grading results received to determine the selling price.
