Maspion Group in Surabaya, East Java, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Merchandiser to drive product promotions and expand customer base. You will offer and sell Maspion products, ensure attractive displays, and provide accurate product information while building strong relationships with buyers.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets through direct and other channels, coordinating with warehouse for stock, and handling inquiries professionally.

Formación

• Diploma (D3) in any discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales merchandiser experience in home appliances or plastic houseware.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java.

Responsabilidades

Responsible for sales activities, market development, customer service, and achievement of sales targets to increase revenue and strengthen the company's brand image.

Job Description :

Offer and sell company products to customers and prospective buyers

Ensure products are displayed attractively and in accordance with company standards

Provide accurate information regarding product types, prices, quality, and item availability

Build and maintain good relationships with customers

Conduct product promotion through direct sales and other sales channels

Monitor product and coordinate with Warehouse teams regarding inventory needs

Ensure sales transactions are recorded correctly according to company procedures

Monitor achievement of sales targets

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding products professionally

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma (D3) in any discipline, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in Home Appliances or Plastic Houseware Industry with similar position as a Sales Merchandiser

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
