Maspion Group in Surabaya, East Java, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Merchandiser to drive product promotions and expand customer base. You will offer and sell Maspion products, ensure attractive displays, and provide accurate product information while building strong relationships with buyers.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets through direct and other channels, coordinating with warehouse for stock, and handling inquiries professionally.

Formación

• Diploma (D3) in any discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales merchandiser experience in home appliances or plastic houseware.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java.

Responsabilidades

• Offer and sell company products to customers and prospects.
• Display products attractively per company standards.
• Provide product, price, quality, and availability information.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote products through direct and other sales channels.
• Coordinate with Warehouse on inventory needs.
• Record sales transactions according to procedures.
• Monitor sales targets achievement.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
