We are seeking a talented and ambitious Sales & Marketing Staff to join our team at PT Nusantara Secom InfoTech (Hardware Network Solution & Maintenance Division). What you'll be doing

Conducting sales activities: looking for new prospective customers, product presentations, negotiating and closing sales

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building

Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and solutions

Preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other materials to effectively showcase the company's offerings

Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and secure repeat business

Collaborating with the broader team to contribute to the overall marketing and sales strategy

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform the company's offerings

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders

Excellent problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Familiarity with Network Engineering principles and technologies
