Job summary

PT Nusantara Compnet Integrator in Jakarta is seeking a hands-on Presales/Data Center Specialist to gather customer needs, design solutions, and prepare BOMs and scopes of work. You will create compelling presentations and deliver technical talks to customers, including demos or PoCs when needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years in Data Center, and strong Indonesian and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/CE or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Data Center experience.
• Hands-on with Data Center solutions (servers, storage, virtualization, containers).
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, proposal writing, and presentations.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).

• Analyze, develop, and propose technical solutions (tech and equipment).
• Create design, bill of materials, scope of works, schedule and proposal.
• Create presentations for products/solutions.
• Deliver presentations about technical solutions to customers.
• If needed, perform demos or PoCs.
• Coordinate with vendors and distributors to obtain information for solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments before project start.
• Provide product updates, mentoring and training to Presales/Sales teams.

Job Description :

Gathering information from customer to identify customer’s needs

Analyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipments)

Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal

Create presentation for product / solution

Delivering presentation about technical solutions to customer

If needed, doing demo or proof of concept

Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions

Coordinating with other department to provide required information before the project begin

Provide product update , mentoring and training to Presales/Sales team

Requirement :

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2 years in Data Center

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Datacenter Solution (Server, Storage, Virtualisasi , Container).

Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, proposal writing, and solution presentation.

Comfortable delivering presentations, demos, and PoC discussions to customers.

Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).

Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Detail-oriented and structured in documentation and follow-up.

Familiarity with working with principals/Distributors.

Relevant certifications are a plus.
