Job summary

PT Prodata Sistem Teknologi (PRODATA) membuka peluang bagi engineer jaringan yang memiliki latar belakang teknik/komputer atau telekomunikasi dengan IPK minimal 2,75 dan usia maksimal 35 tahun. Diperlukan pengalaman hands-on minimal 1 tahun di jaringan, security, monitoring, ITSM, atau helpdesk.

Fresh graduates dipersilakan mengikuti program pengembangan. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan presentasi yang baik dan kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 dengan jurusan teknik/komputer/telekomunikasi, IPK minimal 2,75.
• Pengalaman kerja minimum 1 tahun di implementasi sistem jaringan skala menengah–besar, monitoring jaringan, keamanan, ITSM, atau helpdesk.
• Sertifikat vendor terkemuka diutamakan.
• Kemampuan presentasi yang baik serta kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik.
• Fresh graduates dipersilakan untuk program pengembangan khusus.

Responsibilities

• Pasang, implementasi, troubleshooting, dan pemeliharaan produk yang dijual.
• Selesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu dengan dokumentasi yang jelas.
• Laporan harian aktivitas kepada supervisor/manajer.
• Proaktif menyelesaikan kasus teknis tepat waktu dan eskalasi jika diperlukan.
• Sampaikan pengetahuan teknis kepada klien dengan kehadiran diri yang baik.

• Minimum 1 year engineer experience (hands-on), in implementation medium-to-large networking system, network monitoring system, security system, helpdesk software, virtualization system
• Be diligent, dynamic, self-motivated, able to work independently or team.
• Preferred have relevant certificate from leading vendors
• Good understanding basic & advanced network monitoring, security system & IT Service Management
• Have experiences in security firewall/proxy/antivirus/DLP/NAC/gateway security & wireless products are advantages
• Have good presentation skills and good command in English.
• Committed to excellence and achieve the technical service’s target

• Install, implement, troubleshooting and maintain the products we sell
• Completion of the work presented properly and on time
• Daily reports of activity at the client to supervisor / manager
• Proactive to solve any technical case on time and escalateto supervisor if need the assistance
• Deliver the technical knowledge to the client with good self-presence
