Job summary

PT Hireup Solusi Talenta seeks a seasoned Business Development professional to drive growth across modern and traditional trade channels in Indonesia. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of BD, sales, or distribution management experience, preferably in HORECA or FMCG sectors, and a proven network with modern trade buyers and traditional market players.

You must hold a bachelor's degree and be fluent in English and Mandarin, with certification.

Job description

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Business, or Marketing.

Proficient in English & Mandarin, both written and spoken, supported by a certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or an equivalent English course certificate).

4-5 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales, or Distribution Management, preferably within the HORECA, Chinese Product, FMCG/food & beverage industry with exposure to both modern and traditional market channels.

Strong understanding of modern trade engagement mechanisms (product listing, trading terms, promotional fees) and traditional market mechanisms (wholesale systems, distribution to markets/stores).

A strong existing network with modern trade buyers and traditional market players is an advantage.

Strong negotiation, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
