RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a BD Affiliate Senior Manager Mandarin Speaker to lead partner networks and drive revenue growth across channels in Indonesia. The role requires deep Mandarin reporting proficiency, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in business development with affiliates and KOLs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• High conversational Mandarin and English proficiency.
• 10+ years experience in Business Development with affiliates, channels, or KOL networks.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and business development activities.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Develop and implement comprehensive BD strategies to drive growth across all channels.
• Lead and motivate multiple BD teams to achieve revenue goals and activate partners.

• Develop BD processes, KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to monitor results.
• Prepare forecasts, revenue projections, and strategic reports for senior management.
• Coach and develop BD professionals to build a high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Business Development strategies to drive sustainable business growth across all channels
• Lead, manage, and motivate multiple Business Development teams to achieve revenue goals, acquire and activate partners, and deliver overall business growth targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives that support the company’s growth strategy
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with brands, retailers, distributors, universities, communities, corporate clients, and key strategic stakeholders
• Drive partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies across all business development channels
• Lead partnership negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and oversee collaboration execution to maximize long-term business value
• Track and evaluate sales results, partner productivity, and channel performance to ensure business objectives and revenue targets are consistently met
• Design and scale partnership programs, activation campaigns, and growth initiatives to strengthen partner engagement and increase revenue contribution
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure effective implementation of business strategies and initiatives
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and partnership performance to uncover new growth opportunities
• Establish standardized business development processes, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards to monitor results across all BD channels
• Develop business forecasts, revenue projections, and strategic performance reports to support senior management decision-making
• Coach, mentor, and develop Business Development professionals to build a high-performing team focused on sales excellence, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth
• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• High Conversational Mandarin proficiency (used to do reporting) and Conversational English proficiency
• At least 10 years experience as Business Development networking with channels, communities, or agency of affiliates and KOLs
• Willing to travel for partner meetings, business development activities, and events when required
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
